Physical Goods

Our physical products are handmade to order in Canada. Product descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our items, minor variations in colour, pattern placement, and finish may occur between pieces — these are not defects and are part of what makes each item unique.

Digital Downloads

Digital products (such as PDF downloads) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital orders. All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

Availability

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless you have selected a different currency. Currency conversion is provided as a convenience; the exact amount charged will depend on your bank or payment provider's exchange rate at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Canada. We currently ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes levied by destination countries — these are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Digital downloads purchased from our store are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any digital file purchased from Zadok Boutique.
