All Sales Are Final

Because every item at Zadok Boutique is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing — we're always happy to help you find the right item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Items damaged through normal wear and use, or items that have been washed contrary to care instructions, are not eligible.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Digital Downloads

All digital products (PDF downloads) are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Please review product previews carefully before buying.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
  • Digital downloads
  • Items not in their original condition

To report an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos where relevant. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
