Processing Time
All physical items at Zadok Boutique are handmade to order in Canada. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment before it leaves us. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Digital downloads (PDF files) are available immediately after purchase — no waiting, no shipping required.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. We do not currently ship to the United States.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated transit times are:

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are unable to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
We are required by law to accurately declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to reduce customs fees.
Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will work with you and the carrier to locate your shipment. Please note that once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays (especially during carrier strikes, events and delays beyond our control).
