Mixed Daylily Seeds: Yellow & Burgundy Hemerocallis

The daylily is a highly popular prolific bloomer that attracts butterflies and hummingbirds as well, they are rabbit resistant. These are mixed seeds, containing yellow and burgundy daylily seeds. They bloom from mid to late summer through to early autumn and make a spectacular sight whether they are planted in a large group or drift. Daylilies are easy-to-grow perennials. They can be planted either in the Spring after the danger of hard frost has passed or in the Fall preferably 4-6 weeks before your first hard frost. You can plant earlier in the spring or later in the fall if you take care to water and mulch your newly-planted daylilies. This plant is a fast grower with relatively low maintenance, can be grown in full sun, half sun/half shade and thrives in zones 2-9 (USDA).
